We roast, grind and brew our Douwe Egberts Cafitesse coffee, maximizing the yield from every bean to use resources efficiently.
Our battle against waste
As our coffee is brewed in the roastery, coffee grounds stay there to generate energy for the production process and do not go to the customer. Even the waste water is used to generate energy.
