Daily cleaning
Step 1
Remove the cover of the bean hopper.
Fill each side of the partition wall with coffee beans.
Place the cover of the bean hopper back.
Step 2
Press and hold the multi-function button on the right side of the service door 6 seconds to unlock.
If the machine is switched off, remove the bracket from the multi-tool. Insert the longer end of the bracket horizontally into the opening on the right side. A gentle press on the locking mechanism opens the service door.
Step 3
Open the hatch above the instant product compartment
Turn the instant product outlet 90 degrees counterclockwise to close it. Move the canister out of the machine.
Step 4
Remove the cover of the canister and refill the canister up to the max level. Close the covers
Place the canister back into the machine.
Step 5
Turn the ‘NcFoamer’ disposable foamer head 90 degrees clockwise, then pull to remove it. Remove the hose out of its guide brackets.
Step 6
Remove the hose out of the milk package.
Dispose the foam head and milk hose combo.
Step 7
Remove the container and dispose the remaining milk.
Step 8
Clean the milk container and immersion pipe with a brush, hot water and a detergent. Rinse well with clean water.
Step 9
Clean the interior of the refrigerator with a moist cloth.
Clean the steam outlet bracket and steam injector with a clean, moist cloth.
Step 10
Turn and push a freshy unpacked disposable ‘NcFoamer’ head into its bracket, sliding over the steam injector.
Step 11
Fill the container with fresh pre-cooled milk. Place the milk container in the refrigerator, and insert the milk hose, then push it to the back.
Step 12
Remove the coffee grounds container, then clean it with a brush, detergent, and hot water.
Step 13
Clean the brewer and its compartment with a bended brush.
Step 14
Remove the drip tray. Disassemble and clean all parts with a brush and rinse with fresh water.
Step 15
Clean the interior of the machine, and the inside of the service door, with a moist cloth.
Place the coffee ground container back.
Step 16
Clean the dispensing head with a brush and a moist cloth
Lift the cup tray grid to remove it. Clean with water and a brush. Place the cup tray grid back
Step 17
Reassemble and place the drip tray back.
Step 18
Place a large container under the drink outlets.
Press the multi-function button on the right side of the touchscreen panel to open the service menu. Press ‘Service manager’
Select ‘Operator menu’.
Then press ‘start rinsing program’.
WARNING
Hot water will run out of the drink outlets!
Brewer unit and instant product mixers are rinsed.
