Wear protective equipment (gloves & protective glasses), if you are using cleaning agents.
Wash you hands thoroughly before opening a new pack of ingredients.
Prepare a sanitizing solution according to the instructions of your locally approved sanitizing product. For instance:
- Fill a container with hot water
- Add a sanitizing tablet for each 2 litres of water
Insert the key in the keyhole and turn it 90 degrees clockwise to open the door.
Remove the lower drip tray and the upper plate carefully, to avoid spilling drain water that can be inside - and empty it.
Remove upper plate, disassemble the drip tray, and clean all parts with a brush under running water.
Unscrew the knurl / knob that fixes the external drip tray
Remove the drip tray, disassemble, and clean all parts with a brush under running water.
Unlock and open the refrigerator door
Open the hatch above the refrigerator, and the lid of the refrigerator, and interlock them.
Remove both packs and check the content, expiry and opening dates.
Clean the outlet openings with the dedicated tube cleaning brush.
Clean the inside of the refrigerator with a clean, moist wipe.
Pull up all the canister outlets to close them.
Lift each canister up, and pull out of its marks to remove them.
Place all canisters on a table with the outlet over the edge of the table.
If necessary, top up the ingredients in the canisters.
Use a damp cloth to clean the canister table.
Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the filled canisters.
Remove the hoses connecting to the mixing bowls.
Remove the heads from all the mixing bowls.
Turn the green ring anticlockwise to unlock, and pull out all mixing bowls.
Remove the exhaust system boxes and disassemble them.
Remove the mixer fin plates.
Clean the mixer- and exhaust system mount plate with a brush and/or a moist cloth.
Remove the hot water nozzle from the support.
Rotate the nozzle from the dispensing support so that the little notch lines with the opening, and remove each nozzle.
Remove the coffee outlet tube.
Unscrew the knurl on the left side inside the cabinet, lift up the support and remove.
Pull out the red handle and push down the coffee mixer cup.
Turn the coffee mixing bowl anticlockwise to unlock, and remove it.
Dip these parts in the sanitizing solution:
Let it soak for at least 20 minutes, but no longer than 12 hours.
Clean the bottom side of the refrigerator, the coffee mixer plate and mixer fin with a moist cloth.
Wear safety glasses and dishwashing gloves to dip these parts in the sanitizing solution.
Wear gloves when you finally wash all parts with a brush, and rinse them with clean water.
Let parts dry completely, or dry all parts with a clean tea towel.
Place the coffee mixing bowl back and turn it clockwise to lock it.
Push up the coffee mixer, into the red handle locking mechanism.
Reassemble the nozzles support.
Position the hoses back properly.
If you don’t remember, look at the sticker on the inside of the door.
Place back the coffee outlet to the holder.
Turn the flat part of the mixer driveshafts up, then place the mixer fin plate onto the shaft with the marking correspondingly.
Reassemble and place back the exhaust system area.
Place heads back onto the mixing bowls, and place the mixing bowls and pipes back, and lock them.
Place each canisters back onto the canister table, with its positioning rails in the slots.
Pull out the bottom plate, clean with a moist wipe, and push it back.
Clean the plate that holds the drip tray in place with a moist wipe.
Place the drip tray back.
Clean the dispensing compartment interior with a moist wipe.
Place the external drip tray back.
When a new package is needed, take a thawed liquid pack and read the instructions on the pack.
Shake the pack at least 10 times.
Remove the plastic wrapper and write the current date on the pack.
Tear open the dosing tube opening, and unfold the dosing tube.
Check that the dosing tube is positioned straight and that the coloured ring on the tube covers the corresponding circle on the pack.
Open the dosing tube by turning it 90 degrees clockwise, check if the tube starts filling itself.
Place the ingredients packs in the refrigerator.
Release the top lid refrigerator from the cabinet top hatch, and close both.
Close the refrigerator door.
Insert the yellow key and turn 90 degrees.
WARNING! This will reactivate the functions that, by opening the door, were disconnected for safety reasons. Do not open covers with these symbols: ‘WARNING’ and ‘ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD’.
On the touchscreen, enter your pin code.
Place the rinsing container on the drip tray.
On the touchscreen, open ‘Favorites’ menu in the bottom of the screen, and choose ‘Filling’, then tick ‘all containers are full’.
Again, open ‘Favourites’ menu, now choose ‘Cleaning’, then tick ‘complete cleaning’.
WARNING!
Hot water will run out of both outlets.
On the touchscreen, press ‘Back’ icon to return to the home/start screen.
Empty and rinse the rinsing container.
