Charcoal and Hazelnut Latte

You will need:

• 12oz latte glass or cup
• Pitcher
• White Ox double espresso
• 20ml hazelnut syrup
• 200ml milk
• 2g activated charcoal

Directions:

• Prepare the double espresso and pour into the glass or cup.
• Add the hazelnut syrup.
• Steam the milk in a pitcher.
• Whilst stirring in the pitcher mix in the activated charcoal.
• Pour the mixture into the glass or cup and stir gently.
• Decorate with your finest latte artwork.
• Serve!
