Refill ingredients

Your Cafitesse Excellence Compact Touch will notify you in time when you need to replace the ingredient packs. The steps are the same for milk and coffee. Always wash your hands before replacing the ingredient packs

Open the door and check the ingredients

Lift and open the door.Then remove both ingredient packages by lifting them up and taking them out.

Clean the inside

Clean the inside of the refrigerator with a damp cloth

Prepare a new package

Take a thawed liquid package and read the instructions on the package.Shake the package at least 10 times. Remove the plastic packaging and write today’s date on the package.

The dosing tube

Tear open the opening of the dosing tube and unfold the dosing tube.Check whether the dosing hose is positioned straight and whether the colored ring on the hose covers the corresponding circle on the package

Open the dosing tube by turning it 90 degrees clockwise, and check that the tube begins to fill.
