We recommend briefly cleaning your machine every day so that it continues to operate optimally.

This takes about 5 minutes to resolve.

Open the door

Lift up and open the door.

Check the ingredients

emove both ingredient packs.Check their expiration date (printed) and opening date (written).Clean the inside of the fridge with a damp cloth.

Prepare new ingredients

Take a defrosted liquid pack and read the instructions on the packaging.Shake the pack at least 10 times.Write today’s date on the pack.

Open the dosing tube

Tear open the opening of the dosing tube and unfold the tube.Check whether the dosing hose is straight and whether the colored ring covers the corresponding circle.Turn the dosing tube 90 degrees clockwise and check that it fills itself.

Place the new ingredients in the refrigerator

Put the ingredient packs into the refrigerator.Close the door.

Activate rinsing

Activate the hidden globe icon at the bottom left of the touchscreen and tap it to open the operator menu.

Place a 3‑liter container on the drip tray

Place a 3‑liter container on the drip tray to collect the rinse water.WARNING!Hot water will flow into the rinse container.When you are finished, press “ENTER” to continue.

Clean the drip tray

Disassemble the drip tray. Clean the parts with clean water and a brush.Then reassemble the drip tray and place it back.

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth

Open the door and press the standby button to switch off the touchscreen. Close the door.Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Never spray directly onto the machine.Open the door and press the standby button again to switch the touchscreen back on. Close the door.
