Remove the drip tray.

Pull the drip tray toward you. Do this carefully to avoid spilling water. Then empty it into the sink.

Clean the drip tray.

Disassemble the drip tray. Clean the drip tray and the grate under running water with a dish brush, then dry them with a clean cloth.

Place the drip tray.

Reassemble the drip tray and place it back into the coffee machine.
