Weekly maintenance: This is how you keep your machine in top condition.

This takes about 35 minutes to resolve.

Note: during this cleaning, you will not be able to use the machine for 35 minutes

Start cleaning mode

Touch the upper left corner of the touchscreen to activate the gear icon. Press it to open the service / cleaning / maintenance menu.If necessary, touch the [Operator] button to select an operator profile. Enter the PIN code. Then press [Cleaning] and confirm by pressing the green ‘play’ icon.

Clean the dregs tray

Pull to remove the dregs tray from the machine. Empty the dregs tray and clean it with water, a household cleaning agent, and a brush.Release the brewer unit by pulling the lever at the bottom of the unit and then lowering it as far as possible.Carefully pull it out of the machine while tilting it backward.

Clean the brewer

Use the multitool to turn the brewer’s wing nut completely counterclockwise.Clean the brewer under lukewarm running water, using a brush. Lift the slider slightly to reach the filter.

Use the multitool to turn the wing nut clockwise until it reaches the stop, then turn it back ¼ turn counterclockwise from the stop.

Clean the brewer compartment with a damp cloth.Place the brewer back into the brewer compartment. Lift it to lock it in place.Check that the brewer is properly locked into position.

Cleaning and disassembling the mixing unit

Unlock the touchscreen panel and slide it upward until it locks.Remove the mixer from the machine.Pull the paddle plate to detach it from the drive shaft.Clean the mixing compartment and the mounting/rear plate of the mixing tap with a brush and a damp cloth

Brewer compartment & reinstallation

Clean all parts of the mixing unit, including the mixing fin plate, with clean water and a brush.Rotate the mixing drive shaft until the flattened side is facing upward. Cleaning and Reinstalling the Outlet Cover

Lift the touchscreen panel to unlock it, then lower it and slide it down until it locks.Press the ribbed button on the outlet cover and push it downward to release it.Clean the dispensing openings with a brush.Place the dregs tray back into the machine.

Milk Circuit Cleaning: Preparation and Start

Place an appropriate ‘milkpure’ milk‑circuit cleaning tablet in the cleaning tray and close the lid.Put the cleaning tray in the refrigerator and attach the milk tube to the lid. Remove the drip tray, wipe the tray clean, and clean all parts with a brush under running water.
